Preston Police release CCTV image

Preston Police have released a CCTV image of a man that they want to speak to in connection with an incident on Waldon Street on the 6.30pm on the 21st April.
A man described as heavy built with short dark brown hair was reported to have entered a shop on Waldon street Preston and racially abusing the store owner before leaving. The 37-year-old store owner later found that the front tyres on his car, a toyota carolla had been slashed.
“This was a particularly shocking incident and we are keen to find the person responsible.”
